Returns
You have the right to withdraw from the contract and return selected products within 14 calendar days from the date you receive them, provided that the products are in their original condition.
Returns apply only to unused standard products, such as accessories available in our online store, including but not limited to: handles, wall hooks, kitchen taps, shelves, etc.
Return conditions
For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:
- it must not be used or installed,
- it must be in perfect condition, without damage, scratches or signs of use,
- it must be in its original packaging.
The cost of returning the product is covered by the buyer. Please note that the cost of an individual return shipment may be higher than the delivery cost of your order, as private shipping is usually more expensive than shipments carried out under B2B agreements.
The refund will be issued after we receive the shipment and inspect the product in our warehouse.

Custom-made products
Products that have been manufactured especially for you cannot be returned. This means that painted or stained products are not eligible for return. You may return these products only if they are damaged and cannot be used as intended.
Any changes to the order must be made within 24 hours of the order being registered and paid for. After 24 hours, it is no longer possible to make changes to the order, as production has already started.

Below you will find a form that allows you to submit a return request. Please complete the required details and provide information about the product you wish to return.
After submitting the form, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your request has been received. Our team will then contact you regarding the next steps.
Once we have received and inspected the returned product in our warehouse, we will get back to you with a response and information regarding the refund.
